Tour description
Siam Paragon
In December 2005 there was an opening of a
Siam Paragon
, which is one of the largest shopping complexes anywhere. It is located in a very convenient way at the Siam Square, and it is just by the main skytrain station (BTS).
We are visiting this place every week, so the following survey of Siam Paragon is based on our own experience of walking around this place and shopping there.
MBK Shopping Centre
If you haven’t ever been to MBK Shopping Centre, you have no idea what the shopping actually is.
The MBK Shopping Centre is offering an unbelievably huge shopping area, located on 8 floors with a total area of 89,000 square meters. This place is also called Mah-boon-krong and it features over 2,500 boutiques and shops.
The MBK is easy to reach by any kind of Bangkok’s transport since it is placed in a Pathum Wan district. It is also interlaced with a famous Sukhumvit Road, so you won’t have any transportation problems going there or on your way back.
There is also a sapid fact about this place – there used to be the first and the biggest Asia’s malls ages ago on the very same place.
